A mid week weigh in (normally do Friday), as I am back on keto from today and hope to reverse this upward trend. The good news however is that my house went on the market yesterday and a couple people interested already, so fingers crossed 🤞. Maybe the excitement of the future will burn some of my weight off 🙂.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's only day 1 Nadia, but no energy slump mid morning today, so definitely noticing the difference. Looking forward to cooking up some staples later today, once the viewing is done and I can make a mess in the kitchen!

It's hard to stay on track during emotional transitions. Good for you for focusing in on taking care of yourself.

Yes it is hard Erica, but I am hoping that I can distract one with the other, so won't put all my mental energy on either. Thank you Nadia, I love cooking, so restarting keto will give me opportunity to lose myself in the kitchen. Today I am making peanut butter bread and some cauliflower rice.

Hi everyone. I've recently joined the app and still finding my way around it. Recently found out I have arthritis in both knees and it's given me the kick I need to lose some weight. I've always yo yoed on and off diets but now I really need to knuckle down.
