Another couple of pounds off 🥳
Had another eczema outbreak which has been really painful and sore. Been having more of these lately despite my diet being healthier and drinking 3-4 litres of water a day. I’ve decided to cut out dairy, gluten, caffeine and sugar (sugar being the main one!). I know that this is a gut health issue and I want to do what I can to try and reduce the inflammation. Once it has gone (hopefully 🤞🏼) I will start introducing dairy and gluten back into my diet, but it’ll be interesting to see how I manage without it all. I’d love to eventually cut all of the above out of my diet (or almost all of it) but without feeling deprived, I’ve made this mistake before and have fallen off of the wagon because I restricted too many things. Anyway let’s see how it goes 🤞🏼
96.2 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
