Life has been extremely hectic. I’m sorry I missed logging last week. I miss running more. Trying to work out a schedule where I can find time for more exercise without missing a lot of sleep. I had a dream I woke up at 3;45am to run. But don’t plan to do that 😂
60.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't get too sleep deprived 🤗 Definitely don't crawl out of bed at 3:45 to run! 🤣 I mean...was that a dream or a nightmare? 🤔

Writing it was more of a nightmare. I’m so burnt out with my new job and trying to get ready for my wedding in 5 weeks. Two things I love, but which are both taking more time and energy than I’d like right now. I googled whether sleep or exercise is more important. The consensus was sleep 😴

🤣 i wake up at 4a for crossfit and let me tell you. I'm tired by 8am afterwards hahaha i understand missing running. hopefully you find time, soon!

🤣 @writingwyo... RIGHT?!?! @cindy... I was going to tell you what your research concluded, but it looks like I'm late...lol. I've read that you lose more muscle vs fat without the required amount of sleep. I'd say, take it easy during this stressful time. If running makes you feel good though & helps actually relieve stress (the way strength training does for me), maybe just a very short run would suffice for now?? ...or break it up into segments?? Like, just make room for 5 minutes here or there?? I hope you find a balance & solution. It can be very difficult to balance life. 💜

I woke up once at 5:30 to do a run and boy was that too early for me. 😂 I hope you're able to find some time in your schedule! have you considered finding a running group to help you be accountable?

I used to get up at 4:30 and either go to the gym or go run. It was so peaceful in the dark while the world was just waking up. Nowadays, i feel like the safety factor has been greatly reduced for running in the dark but i sure did love it.

It's so hard to find balance. I've been feeling like everything I do is work yet, I can't seem to accomplish everything I need to. I'm wondering if the change in season is making me feel like I'm in slow motion??? 🍁🍂

Zenus running does make me feel good, as does strength training, walking/hiking, biking. I’m trying to add little pieces of exercise here and there- walking being the easiest to add to my work day. Thanks for your support!

Asarver yes I did join the local track club, though I’ve found that most events are not near me and are also very early. Excuses, excuses, I know 😂 maybe after my wedding I can make time to attend more often.

Yoh that’s amazing. I like the idea of it I mean - though myself would be impressed If I got up at all at that hour. I have adrenal fatigue and cutting the amount of sleep it would take to do that would probably make it worse. But you make it sound nice 😊

Bear I know what you mean about always working and never getting it all done. It’s so frustrating isn’t it? Fall is not a factor for me, I’ve been feeling this way all year unfortunately. Hope we can both find some balance 🤗
