That's 10kg lost in 46 days with my KOTC (Keep Off The Cakes) diet. Keeping off puddings and cakes (Except special occasions) I reckon helps keep hunger pangs to a minimum. For me that equates to about 150g of carbs a day.

Now I am at 80kg I'm going to start slowly jogging again.
80 kg Lost so far: 25 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
