this is the first time in about 7 years I've been under 200lbs....other than going to 1000 cals 2 days a week, the rest at 2000, I haven't done anything differently....except sleep more. I had no idea sleep deprivation can cause weight gain due to playing havoc with your insulin levels. I have several sleep disorders....and now learning about my conditions, and catching up on my zzzzz!
89.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
