No weigh in today as I have no scales at the moment. Hopefully get wii fit set up and weigh in tomorrow.

Total failure on yoga challenge, mainly affected by our move to a new site and trying to get everything set up. I didn't think it would be a problem but sometimes you can't do everything all the time.
60 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
