This is a great 1/2 pound on as I came back from
Holiday on Sunday and on Monday I weighed 7 1/2lbs more so I’ve successfully got rid of the half a stone and I’m fine to keep the 1/2 pound! 😆😆 x x
74.2 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
