That seemed like a very hard-earned .6 lb! I have struggled to stay on track this week, with a lot of occasions to over-indulge. I am happy to see a loss.

And I continue the fight...
76.7 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
