Just drove back from Ohio and got home! Came in the door 240 flat! Now it’s time to get busy for August!

I really hate going over 225... and I should be closer to 180 ideally. I have set up the 1720 calories per day in a plan to hit 180 by this time next year.

I try hard for long periods and get nowhere. Go off one day and I pay for it.
