This time slowly slowly is doing great 👍 that’s a loss every week for 5 weeks between 1/4 lb to just over a pound 👍👍 x
73.6 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
