So another static weight week. Could be due to yesterdays lunch or could be that I have reached the plateau that is so common during weight loss regimes. But with only 4lb to go to my target I will continue, and just try to get those extra steps in, which may help.
62.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
