I decided to follow an intermittent fasting site and became totally obsessed with food during my eating window ... lesson learned. This weigh in is me having lost 2lb from my disaster. I am now eating what I fancy, within reason, still keeping my sugar intake in check, and my eating has relaxed naturally and I am slowly dropping back down. I don't know why I keep trying to control my intake in extreme ways, when all I need to do is listen to my body 🙄. I will say though, I am still happy with how I am looking and no self critical thoughts going on, so my head is finally in the right place 🙆🏼‍♂️
