Still down a little after recovery - I feel great, no bounce back from the antiviral. Got some yardwork done and stuff is going out of my house slowly.
Planning for vacation is giving me anxiety - not sure if I should take the parrots this time. I have to ask my daughter how she feels about pet sitting for me.

71.3 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
