Another 7lbs lost but all in the wrong places from the face and neck not the belly ,people ask me if I have lost weight it shows in your face.
I've told by friends in the pub the last place to lose weight is from the belly because it is
the natural storage for fat
My coach says I should eat more greens.
My Instagram friend from America says I should cut down on dried fruit and eat more fresh fruit and the lady down the sauna says I should take cold showers after exercise and during sauna breaks

I open to any suggestions on how to lose belly fat
please.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
