Wow. The old bod is doing some unexpected things. This is after a 3300 calories re-feed yesterday, nearly 200% my cut calories. Very pleased.

Today, I go back to holding the reigns tight.
85.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
