So one challenge ends and another begins, this time to do 100 miles in 12 weeks. Well did 2.46 today, shall aim for at least 3 a day and perhaps up the ante a bit each week. Lets see what I can do.

Still on with the yoga challenge though I failed miserably last week but I have got my time better managed now so hopefully yoga will slot in well.

63 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
