The ups and downs we have! Started back at ground zero this Monday, upped the water, upped the calories by 100 a day to stop the mindless snacking as I was hungry and reintroduce the running 🏃‍♀️ 🤞 we can continue for more than two weeks 😆😆
73.3 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
