Following the plan. It helps to have appropriate snacks to eat, and low point foods to make meals. I think the stir fry that I got from Costco is really going to help because it is ready to just stick into the microwave for a good mix of different veggies. Also the oil spray for the pans keep me from sauteeing in butter. I will probably chop some up and have egg fu Yung for lunch. Quite surprised by the drop but let's see how it goes. Busy day today so I will plan ahead to eat some tasty things on the plan. Someone mentioned salmon cakes and I do have the ingredients for them so that might be dinner.
