At last!

My net improvement after my sushi and apple pie of saturday week ago is 300g.

I got through this weekend without blowouts. I even went out to dinner and sat there with my steak and salad with water to drink, while everyone else ate entrees and fries and roast vege and crumbed calamari and cheesecake and creme brulees - not just any creme brulees, raspberry and white chocolate creme brulees...

My daughter couldn't finish her cheesecake. I did not finish it for her. That was big.

And now I've discovered flavoured cans of soda water, zero calories, no sweeteners, just natural flavourings. They cost a fortune but I've bought heaps of them, keto is a very thirsty lifestyle, I now have fizzy grapefruit, blood orange, I bought two different flavoured beroccas (vitamins c, b magnesium and I think zinc) tasting of blackcurrant and mixed fruit...

I got cauliflower to go with my cabbage. Raw vege snacks are like eating chips, but very low carb and filled with water so refreshing.

All in all,

I'm back in the game...
