I ate up to my calorie limit yesterday, it feels like a lot if I’m trying to lose weight. 1700. I’ll keep it down to 1400 from now on. Fewer calories is the only way to lose weight for me.
83 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
