After going on holiday, getting engaged, ditching the diet for a few days and having not much time for the gym, I have NO problem with maintaining weight this week. If anything, I’m just glad I haven’t gained! But, new week, back to the grind and I’m determined to lose some weight! 💪🏼
93.4 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
