My story is a boring one. 🥺🥺

My journey comes from a very basic yet powerful feeling: I am who I am. 👽💜

I've always been gravitating around the same weight pretty much my whole life.
Except for a few times.
One of them involved 5 months of everyday's McDonald's. 🤐🤐🍔🍟
The other one roots into a solo travelling involving a 24/7 open bar and free delicious food made of an unimaginable amount of CARBS.🍷🍸🍹🥃🥂🥘

Both times when I was around 10kg over my usual weight, it started feeling odd, and uncomfortable, and stressing. I wasn't even weighing myself. I just felt it. I was not myself. 🏚️🧭

So here I was.. After reaching back to my old life in London. Done with travelling for now. With a few kilos at keeping me mentally off balance. 👥

Stumbled on this app. And found it amazingly addictive! Now diving into even knowing what all those cute thingies means.. Like nutrients! As I've been completely ignorant about everything around it for my entire life. 👁️👄👁️
