A little bounce back after the big 4.5lb loss! Still means I’ve averaged out a pound a week loss for March which is good.
Life is but a rollercoaster! X
73.7 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
