I knew a week would come where I don’t lose anything and you know what.. That’s OKAY. I have no excuse or reason, sometimes this just happens. I’ve stuck to my calorie deficit and been to the gym, I guess it’s just one of those weeks! I’m okay with this, though. I haven’t put on weight, and maintaining still shows effort! Here’s to next week for better results ☺️🤞🏼
