My latest thang is collagen-rich gelatinous homemade beef bone broth, made from pipe-cut femur bones, neck bones, and oxtail, slow simmered in my slow cooker for 24 hours. Yup, I put it outside so my whole place doesn’t smell like a soup factory.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
