I give up on this 'only record weight when I lose a kilo' jazz because in the last 3 months I've been up to 95kg twice, and back down to 90.1 and back up and back down and it's not actually working out.

So I'm tracking food again, (day 5), and have my cgm in my arm again (they cost a fortune), and I'm just going to have to play this the hard way.

Yesterday I was 91.6. Today I'm 91.4. Five days ago I was 95.0. so I've done my 'whoosh' back into keto but now have to actually go the distance!

Actually actually! actually.

Last night I had a real disappointment. I ate some 'sugar free' lollies, and my sugars trebled. I did some googling and it turns out that maltitol despite recording zero carbs, is full of carbs. OMFG. gnash, mutter. Full. 250 calories! What's that? That's over sixty carbs! That's 3 days worth of carbs!!!!

So no more maltitol.

Happier moment - discovering I came back down to about 6 in 4 hrs, so my insulin resistance is reducing. It didn't take me 3 days to come back down...

This morning? Drinking my morning coffee with 1 oz whipped cream. At this stage, that's as well as milk, and fake sugar (natvia). But omg whipped cream in me coffee. LUXURY.

I will see how it impacts the nausea and hunger. So far no hunger, it's 10:15am. Also so far no nausea.... if I can do something that kills the nausea I will think it's christmas. Now i'm off to go change my coffee ingredients. If I can reduce some milk in my 3 - 4 daily instant coffees, I will have spare carbs for more low carb wraps, and maybe even some capsicum or possibly more cucumber. 20g net carbs is very, very low.

just... beware maltitol sweetener. it's a lie.
91.4 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
