I’ve been stepping up my cardio in the last week (17 miles of running and 62 miles of cycling). But, I’m getting closer to the point that shortly after I start grabbing weights at the gym again, the needle on the scale will start moving in the other direction.
89.2 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
