Love it hope you have a great work out. I am on my down two days... What do you do with the trainer I am always curious about others workouts...

The trainer had me do tire flips (picking up a large tire by the edge and flipping it over), slams with a 25lb weight (standing with weight overhead, go to a squat and slam the weight down on the edge of the tire) and hill climbers while leaning against the tire. I did 3 sets and was so winded he didn't make me do the last set. The we moved to the punching bag with jabs, combo jabs and hooks. We also did a ground and pound (kneeling with one leg out to the side and punching down then switching legs after 6 punches). When I got up from those I was dizzy so he said the workout was over. I then went on and did three intervals on the elliptical and then about 10 minutes steady state. I am tired.

Great job...I do those slams with a medicine ball... I asked my Bf for Valentines day this year please oh please one of those balls. For surprise gifts lately he has surprised me with some kettle balls, bosu ball, and a step or thing.... I am not up to the punching bag thing... I had to laugh I asked if I was ready to starting doing H.i.i.t. He dryly looked at me and said you have been doing that since you joined... You should be.... Congrats on a great work out...

Way to go. A little more cat herding and you should get even bigger results. Personally, I find it easier to bail out a sinking boat with a colander than to herd cats. Less scratches too.
