Started 5:2 proper on Monday and been cycling to work all week. Going for a run today - need to get training for the half marathon!
90.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week
