No weight drop no problem.

Kids are off from school today due to dangerously cold temperatures. I am home with the kids today for most of the day except for in the afternoon. A friend of mine's mother passed and the wake and burial is today.

After making breakfast for kids, I will head downstairs [just turned on the heater] for a 3.5 mile walk minimum on the treadmill(I will continue with a series I started watching earlier this week maybe I can watch a few episodes)

Home, the fridge and the full snack basket. This will be interesting.

112.4 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 28.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Best of luck to you for the day, getting started with exercise is a good plan. Sounds like the day may be a tough one if they have food after the funeral like most folks do around here....hang in there. :)

The did have food afterwards but I told them that I had to head back home. If I attended that part, the scale would have had a different number for sure.
