Merry Christmas Everyone!!!
I have already been enjoying celebrating the Holidays but not the expected weight gain. I'm not going to fret. I am going to get back on the wagon after the first of the new year...
73.7 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
