Well, going down again but basically because I can't be bothered to eat/cook anymore . I actually had 2 poppadums for lunch! Dont worry peeps, I don't ever think I'm going to fade away. Poppadums are 37 calories, my pup likes them....
93.5 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When I don't fancy cooking I turn to milkshakes and smoothies. You might try, see if it works for you.

Cute pup 🐶 try and nibble something nutritious 🥰 even a wee handful of nuts or seeds. Poppadoms are not going to give you the essentials

I usually have 10 almonds and 10 black grapes of an afternoon Mhairi, was just feeling rebellious lol. Lost another 1.5lbs today so I must be a slow starter. I'm not going to weigh myself again till the end of the month now. Too demoralising!
