Short sleep moved weight up again. Seems no way to loose weight lazy way... start today, have not decided how, what and when though, will think about it lunch time.
98.6 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
