Well finally completed my h&S diploma course after a year .. stresses over .. now it’s time to sort my diet and gym sessions out and make a difference.. sick of feeling like I’m a fat hamster going around a wheel every day … time to get back on it …. Need to sort my broken metabolism out first …
( cals per day around 1500 , Posti walking 10 miles a day and 5 gym sessions a week - but not losing any weight 🤔)
any help will be much appreciated ..gx
97.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
