Midweek weigh in, down to 132.0 lbs./59.8kg. The 120's are visible now...

Felt good about that, so walked over to the market at 5 a.m. to grab a couple of mangoes for breakfast and a head of red cabbage to roast for dinner. Will chop up a big salad for lunch. Working from home today & Friday, Yay!
59.9 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Thank you guys! @Breezy: I don't drink my calories - I'm a savor it & chew kinda girl. And @Russell, if only it was a Dorothy "There's no place like home" way to speed it up! Looks like you're going to hit goal by Spring 😀 @Morticia -- have you started your new year diet yet? I know you were still struggling with the baked goods and candy this week. Good Luck!
