Disappointedly gained 30lbs last year after losing 50lbs before my failed wedding. I'm reluctant to lean into the New Year, New Me, but I am going to be tracking 6 days a week again in the hope of becoming more mindful once more.
Exercise for me is pretty limited by a severe knee injury awaiting an operation, but I will do my best.
