Pleased with that, my mother is back in hospital and not at all good, so my eating is shot to pieces.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My beautiful mother sadly didn't make it and found her wings on Christmas day. She is now out of pain and no longer fighting for every breath.
