Well not to worried, I had an enormous meal on Thursday, WOE friendly, just far too big! That will teach me not to check when defrosting things, I had a double portion 😬😋
64.7 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
