note to self: surprised that my salt intake only increased weight by 3/4 of a lb.
52.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Salt and flour have been destroying me during the last week. I did return your PM. And I'm not ignoring anyone, the past few weeks have been really difficult.
