A month into and a whisker off 5kg has been lost. That's a good start.
Loosing another 3.2kg in December would be nice but that is something of a stretch, I will try my best though.
83.2 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
