I have a sudden spike in weight today that is not typical of the whole of the week. It's not a biggie to me but it is a reminder that weigh-ins once a week is not a very accurate way to track weight control progress.

I miss adding entries to my journal daily. They kept me focused on eating well, exercising and getting enough sleep every day. I used it to keep track of gym activity and active chores there. It help me to plan and make adjustments as needed. Doing that also allowed me celebrate and share my compliance daily. What I found out that it's not necessary to do well. I can celebrate me.

Since I have have stopped making daily entries, I still have been able to maintain maintenance at an acceptable level. It's much easier now and less of a chore than making a journal entry daily. One thing I will continue to do is log my food intake. Have a good week Everyone. CICO!!!
