Thanks, guys! I'm planning to weigh in every day. Tomorrow I suspect it will be up again because the soup I made was a bit on the salty side. But, the important thing is I am really going to try to be consistant for at least a week or two in weighing every day. It helps me be more focused and aware. I need that right now! Thanks again for all the support!
