A large drop in food intake for just four days and the scales have dropped nearly two Kg, a perfect reward. I'm trying to keep the carbs low - That seems to minimise my hunger pangs.
86.1 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
