Started intermittent fasting yesterday, will only eat between 8am and 4pm. Yesterday felt very motivated so only had crackers and yoghurt at 4.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
