Thanks for the welcome back, all's good nothing sinister- I had to stop running due to a strain and got into a piggy habit again. Hopefully two or three months of effort will fix things again. Puddings and cakes seem to be the biggest issue for me. Once I am back down to my target weight then I will need to come up rule. Something like two puddings a week.
