After a week of no working out and very poor eating due to little one being ill and in the process of house moving, quite relieved I only gained this much! Back on to tracking my calories from today 💪🏾
82.7 kg Lost so far: 19.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
