Had a mini blow out yesterday. Nothing too bad, few sweets, couple of extra bowls of cereal and a donut.
77.7 kg Lost so far: 32.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@Anne It's crazy. I think its mostly the actual weight of the food plus water retention.

I call it in transit weight. I can have huge fluctuations overnight too. The trick is not to let it settle.😇
