Unexpected loss and weigh in at 217.2 after a day of my body cleaning itself out.
98.5 kg Lost so far: 48.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Why are we so self deprecating? You worked so hard back then AND you kept at ,one day at time, for 3,287 days aprox(Not including the two years it took to get there. you reallly rock!!!✌️
