Woke at 220.4, up .8 from yesterday. Time for some recovery food after the golf course feast yesterday. UPDATE: Got some good water movement this morning and got to 219.4 by lunchtime. UPDATE 2: Continued movement throughout the day resulted in a 217.2 weigh in before dinner.
