Good news and bad news, overall I'm feeling a bit better this month than the last month.

Good news is that this month so far is going better than the last, more than half of the days so far I've been under 2000 calories, bad news is I've plateued and haven't lost any more yet.

I'm feeling decent right now, I feel that I constantly need to distract myself because when my mind wanders and I have nothing to do that's when I get negative thoughts and just think about eating food. So trying to move around more, be more proactive and keep my fingers occupied.
77 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
